Meet the Team
I have an exceptional team of professionals who work hard to keep the practice running efficiently while keeping our patients happy and healthy. I’ve known some of my team members for decades and the value in that is not lost on me. The relationships we have built with each other go a long way in gaining the trust and confidence of those we serve. We all work together toward common goals and enjoy what we do.
~ Dr. Tyler Christensen
The team we have at Christensen Dental is top notch. I met and worked with some of our team members prior to dental school. We have built friendships and a genuine supportive family feel among the team that is invaluable to us all, personally, as well as the way it nurtures patient care. The history and trust that has grown over the years is what makes our team, and our office, so great.

Anita
Office Manager
My responsibility is ensuring our patients have exceptional experiences while keeping the practice running efficiently. I started working in the dental field in 1987 and was welcomed to Christensen Dental in 2014. Both Dr. Tyler Christensen and Dr. Ashley Christensen are great at what they do and yet are humble. And our team works together to give each patient a positive experience. I find joy in what I do, learning new things, and helping people achieve healthy and happy smiles!
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, taking my husky for walks, baking, and making cards.
Sharon
Hygienist and the office OSHA and infection control manager
I was born and raised in Chicago, IL and started my dental career as a dental assistant in 1986. Moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1996, I attended the College of Southern Nevada (CSN), graduating as the Valedictorian with a Dental Hygiene Degree. In my free time, I like to travel and garden.
Monica
Dental Hygienist
My time at the office involves spending time with individuals, caring for and helping to maintain their oral hygiene. A Registered Dental Hygienist, I started in the field in 2001 and was welcomed to the Christensen Dental family in 2017. Everyone here is incredibly kind and respectful of one another, as well as to our patients. We all want only the best for them. As a people-person, I enjoy meeting those new to our office and getting to know them. I love when the cleaning is over and my patient tells me how clean their teeth feel!
Family is my priority outside the office. I have been married for 24 years and have three beautiful children. Our family also has two dogs, two cats, two fish, and a leopard gecko. We’re closeknit and especially enjoy family travels.
Dianna
Dental Assistant
Most of my day is spent in our clinic, where I work chairside assisting the doctors with dental procedures. My focus in always on the person in the chair and keeping them comfortable and informed. My career started in 1984. I am a Certified Dental Assistant and was invited to join Christensen Dental in 2015. Not only do the doctors treat their staff like family, they feel the same about our patients. Our team really cares and delivers the best treatment possible. One of the most rewarding parts of my day is seeing people go from fear of a dental visit to leaving while saying this is the best office and experience they have ever had!
In my down time I love outdoor activities, especially snowboarding and ATVing. I also enjoy campfires and fishing. And I love doing projects, taking after my talented dad in his skills as a finish carpenter. I spend as much time with family as possible.
Jill
Dental Assistant
In addition to chairside assistance, I treat and educate patients. My goal is to provide an amazing experience while in the dental office. I began in the dental field in 1996, am a Registered and Certified dental assistant, and hold multiple licenses. In 2005 I joined Christensen Dental and immediately knew I’d found my professional home, and family. I love the quality of work we do, the gentle approach of the doctors, and how close our team works together in order to care for our patients. My happiness comes when I’m able to help a scared and nervous person feel at ease in our office and seeing their happiness at the end of a visit!
My husband Matt, son Hunter, and I love to do everything as a family. We golf, hunt ski, snowboard, and do archery hunting, spending many hours in the woods looking for and enjoying animals. We also host archery tournaments in the valley and in Idaho. Along with my dental career, I have also just earned my Nevada Real Estate license.
Kelly
Registered Dental Hygienist
My days are spent working one-to-one with people, providing appropriate comprehensive dental hygiene care and education. Each person has different needs, so I design care and guidance to their concerns. I hold both Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees of Science in Dental Hygiene, started my career in 1983, and joined this amazing office in 2018. Our doctors are perfectionists who really care about each patient, personally, and so do my teammates. I like interacting with people and enjoy educating and empowering them to take responsibility for their oral and whole-body health!
Beyond the office, I spend much of my time with my spouse of 36 years. We enjoy an active lifestyle that includes outdoor activities, going to the gym, attending live sporting events, traveling, and hanging out with friends.

I work at our front desk, where I handle a multiple of tasks. In addition to checking-in and filing, I verify insurance, prepare the schedule with copays, and check people out at the end of their visit. I started in the field in 2009 and have experience as a back office dental assistant, as well as in the front office. In 2021 I joined Christensen Dental and loved it from the first day. They welcomed me with open arms into their family and they extend that warmth to everyone we see. I am so happy to meet and get to know our new patients as friends and see each enjoy a healthy smile!
A Vegas native, I have three wonderful children and five bonus kids with my spouse. We also have two dogs, Ghost and D’Artagnan.
Brooke
Treatment Coordinator
I work closely with each patient, helping them understand the steps involved in their case, as well as their insurance benefits and coverage. I started my career in 2014 after attending the Cornerstone Esthetics Dental Assistant program. In 2023 I was lucky to be brought into this amazing office. I have known Dr. Ashley Christensen and several team members for many years. Dr. Ashley and Dr. Tyler are giving and kind, treating everyone as family. I’m very people-oriented and love meeting new people, seeing the smile transformation, and the look in someone’s eyes when they see their new smile for the first time!
I have been married to my knight in shining armor since 2007. He’s the best man I know. We have two incredible teenagers who keep us on our toes but bring us more joy than anything else ever could. We love traveling together, hunting, going to the movies, and taking care of our farm animals. In my free time I like doing anything that involves the four of us being together, riding horses, gardening, and reading.
Jasmin
Dental Assistant, Sterilization Technician
I ensure dental instruments are properly sterilized to uphold proper infection control standards. Keeping our patients safe is critical and I am detail oriented. I started in the dental field in 2021, having attended the United States Air Force Dental Assisting Program in Fr. Sam Houston., Texas. I’m a new addition to the Christensen Dental family, having joined in 2024, and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone has been kind, welcoming, and helpful. It is amazing to be part of a dental office that goes above and beyond for each and every person!
I was raised here in Las Vegas and met my husband of six years while serving in the USAF. We have two children together and couldn’t be happier to finally call Vegas home again. We enjoy going to the gym, spending time with family, and talking walks with the kids.
Sherri
Registered Dental Assistant
I prepare and organize the work area for treatment and procedures, sterilize dental instruments and rooms, and assist the doctors with care. Keeping our patients at ease during visits is my first priority. I’ve worked in the field since 1995, became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2004, and joined Christensen Dental in 2022. Our doctors are very approachable and welcome questions and the team is motivated and engaged. I love being here and meeting wonderful people. Being a dental assistant allows me to have many rewarding moments, but by far my favorite is being part of giving someone back their smile!
I moved to Las Vegas from California a few years ago. I have three lovely children and a grandson who keeps me young. Spending time with family is my happiness, though I also enjoy hiking, reading, and going to the movies.
